About PacketPilot

PacketPilot is an AI logistics document automation platform built for the records that conventional OCR struggles to understand: mixed shipment packets, damaged scans, handwritten notes, and fields that conflict across documents.

Our goal is to turn Bills of Lading, customs forms, freight invoices, packing lists, and field receipts into traceable, validated data—without asking operators to surrender control. Low-confidence fields are routed for review, extracted values remain linked to their source, and verified records can move into existing TMS and WMS workflows.

PacketPilot is designed around a practical principle: automate the repetitive work, make exceptions obvious, and give logistics teams the evidence they need to move freight confidently.
